ECG Productions team is continuing its work on the project “The Nation’s Memory on the Artist’s Palette”. This time our filming crew visited the Nataliya Valenyk Art School in Toronto.
Nataliya Valenyk was born in 1967 in Lviv, Ukraine, and moved to Canada in 2002. She graduated with honors from the I. Trush College of Applied Decorative Arts (1986), and the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Art, Textile Department (1992). She works in textile, batik, painting, and floral design. Since 1985, she has participated in national and international exhibitions in Ukraine and Canada, and she is also a long-time member of USOM, starting in 2003.
