We already mentioned this year that ECG Productions began filming the documentary “Russian Muses Captivating Canada” dedicated to the tour of composer Sergey Rachmaninov, opera singer Fyodor Chaliapin and ballerina Anna Pavlova in Canada.
In February 2022 we managed to shoot the first “short story” dedicated to Sergey Rachmaninov. Our team got together in the studio and invited renowned clarinetist Julian Milkis and pianist Alexander Levkovich to perform “Vocalise” by Rachmaninoff. Did you know that one of the most famous works in his legacy was written for clarinet and piano? We recorded amazing interviews with musicians where they shared some fascinating facts about Rachmaninoff and his influence on the world music culture.
