Our company continues to work on the series “GULAG. Witnesses.” The next eight episodes will be devoted to the topic of Ukrainians in the Gulag. “Executed Revival” is the name of a group of Ukrainian intelligentsia destroyed by the Stalinist repressive machine in the 30s. “Ukrainians in the Gulag”, “Ukrainian women in the Gulag”, “Uprisings in Stalin’s camps”, and “Holodomor as a form of repression against the Ukrainian people”. To work on the series, our film crew went to Ukraine. On May 19, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Remembrance for the Victims of Stalin’s Repressions.
