The special guest of Gregory Antimony’s program “Hour of Interview” was actor Nikita Naydenov, a 2019 graduate of GITIS (Kamenkovich-Krymov’s workshop). Nikita is well known for his role as Romeo in the production of “Romeo and Juliet: Kinder Surprise” directed by Dmitry Krymov. Among his film credits are roles in “It’s All Good” (2022, directed by Dmitry Krymov), where he played an ostrich, and “Vitya Needs to Get Out” (2022), where he portrayed Vityalik. In addition, he took on the role of Rosencrantz in the production of “Hamlet” directed by Konstantin Bogomolov at the Maly Bronnaya Theatre. Nikita Naydenov is also a recipient of the Best Student Performance award. Over the past two years, he has been exploring opportunities outside of Russia, particularly in Israel and Canada. In Toronto, he actively collaborates with the amateur theatre group “Amazing Cat”, conducting acting workshops and trying himself as a director. In the interview, Nikita shared his creative journey, discussed behind-the-scenes life in the theater, and spoke about how working with Krymov influenced his professional path.
