Our team continues its work on the project “GULAG: Witnesses” and yesterday they were engaged in the creative task of capturing the ambiance of the Soviet-style kitchen, recreating life elements from 60 years ago. To bring a feel of realism to the viewers, we have revived our kitchen by cooking potatoes on a frying pan – a typical homemade food for many soviet families. The filming was actually conducted in one of our studios (which has been preserving the Soviet decor for more than a year now), so the tasty smell spread throughout the office and attracted many of our colleagues from other projects! We hope that this effort will help our future viewers to get better immersed in the story and feel its message about the tragic events from human history. Special thanks go to Alla Loseva for making the perfect fried potatoes!
