Congratulations to the ECG Productions team who worked on the Sounds of Quebec episode, Sounds of Canada project for winning the Best Documentary Music Video at the International Music Video Awards.

Sounds of Quebec episode features the award-winning and highly acclaimed band Le Vent du Nord is a leading force in Quebec’s progressive francophone folk movement. In this documentary, the musicians will take you on an incredible journey to their studio to show you a behind-the-scenes look at their working process, and to Montreal for their new album launch performance. This film combines unique Québec traditional music and winter.

We are happy to announce that our two films have been selected to compete in prestigious international film festivals. On November 3, 2021 we will find out if the documentary Sounds of Quebec (Director: Irina Volkova) will receive the International Music Video Award. And on November 28, 2021 the documentary Boris Volkoff – the Russian Father of the Canadian Ballet (Director: Maksim Kravchinskii) will take part in the competition program at the Golden Unicorn Awards & Russian Film Week.
