Now that winter has finally arrived, our film crew is in a great hurry to catch the last fine, clear days to finish the new episode of the Crazy Canuck Collections project, which will feature a unique collection of ladybug paraphernalia.
The episode’s main subject, Mila, has been collecting figurines of these lovely insects for over 15 years.
Today her collection includes about a thousand figures, trinkets, souvenirs, Christmas decorations, bottles, and even coins, all made in the shape of a ladybug.
It is believed that these creatures bring good luck, and that’s probably what they bring to Mila each time she manages to find a new exhibit for her collection.

We have got the great news from Steve Santini, the Titanic items collector.
After the premiere of the documentary devoted to him he managed to add a very rare exhibit to his collection.
The discharge book belonged to Titanic fireman John Pearce who managed to escape in a lifeboat and survive the sinking.
The book is a record of his employment before Titanic, on Titanic, and also the ships he worked on after the disaster.
His photo is credit Encylopedia Titanica.
